God Tiers Achieved by Love-Joker God Tiers Achieved by Love-Joker
Yeah Alphasss

At AUSA(2012) my Alphas finally joined me as God Tiers! I've had mine sitting alone for awhile now so it was good to run around and be silly and comfy. Very silly.
I do wish these poor babies will get to God Tier together!

I made both Dirk and Jake's outfits as well as Jane's hood.
For Dirk, the hood is cotton sateen and I made a tutorial on tumblr here. The bloomers, gloves, headband, are also cotton sateen, and the shirt is a modified God Tier shirt. The flats are painted with mixed leather paint.
Jake's hood/cape combo is made out of jersey knit. The hood is shaped with foam in between the outer/lining hood layers. The shirt is a base from American Apparel and printed on. The undershirt and panties are both the same jersey knit fabric. The belt is a jersey knit matching Jane's knit.
Jane's hood is a simple pointed back hood also cut on the fold. The tail is stuffed slightly and a horsehair hem is on the hood opening.

Thanks so much!

Well I'd say study the outfit and figure out exactly what pieces you'll be making and what kind of garments they are(hood, long sleeve shirt, pants, ect). If you can pattern it yourself you can sketch out the shapes, or if you aren't very familiar with pattering or sewing at all look for basic patterns you can alter the shape of slightly. For instance Jane is wearing somewhat sweatpants fitting pants so you could get a sweatpants pattern and cut it to be the size and width of Janes! Also looking at other copslayers and tutorials put up can be helpful to figure out what you'd like to do for your costume aswell! There are plenty of hood tutorials around that you could use and alter slightly for Jane's hood! I'd recommend using some type of jersey knit fabric for Jane's god tier! That's what our Jane used! And it's easy to fit/work with as opposed to cotton which can lay stiff and pull a bit more awkwardly when fitting something like this(also the edges don't fray with knit!). I wish you the best of luck!!! Just take your time and study the costume! =)
